Whether you need help closing up your camper for winter or preparing it for another camping season, we’re here to provide a professional, hassle-free experience. Plus, you’ll receive a detailed report of all the work completed on your camper. We are 100% mobile and come to your location. Ask to be added to our Annual Service List to guarantee we can accommodate your RV in our schedule each year.

These seasonal prep packages are available within our main service area of Iosco county and 20 miles

from our location in East Tawas, Michigan. We are not taking new de/winterization customers in our extended service area. Learn how to get your RV serviced outside our main service area.

RV Winterization Packages

Winterization - Basic Package
Price: $125

We close up your camper using our comprehensive checklist, ensuring your RV’s water system is winterized properly to prevent costly damage.

Drain the fresh water tank.
Drain the water heater and remove the anode rod/plug.
Blow out all water lines with compressed air (toilets, showers, sinks, washer, ice maker).
Pump RV anti-freeze through water lines (water heater bypass must be installed).
Fill P-Traps with anti-freeze.
Includes up to 2 gallons of RV anti-freeze.

Winterization - Plus Package
Price: $175 per hour + cost of supplies

Receive all the services included in the Basic Winterization Package and enhance it by adding the additional services your RV needs.

Close your camper - as requested.
Run anti-freeze through fridge ice maker.
Winterize dishwasher/washing machine.
Add Stabil to the RV generator.
Disconnect and store batteries.
Flush black and grey holding tanks.
Install water heater bypass valves.
Perform slideout maintenance.
Roof Inspection.
Teach RV owner how to winterize their RV.
Any additional repair work needed on your RV.

Dewinterization - Basic Package
Price: $125

We open up your camper and get it ready using our comprehensive checklist, ensuring you enjoy a hassle-free and professional experience.

Flush RV water lines.
Install water filter.
Reinstall anode rod.
Reinstall & test batteries.
Inspect propane tanks.
Blow off roof & inspect sealant.
Check for bugs/nest in appliances.
Check tire condition.

Dewinterization - Plus Package
Price: $175 per hour + cost of supplies

Receive all the services included in the Basic Dewinterization Package and enhance it by adding the additional services your RV needs.

Open up your camper - as requested.
Test electrical system/appliances.
Propane system leak test.
Test slideout operation.
Inspect break away cable.
Check all life safety items/alarms.
Sanitize fresh water system.
Flush water heater.
Check tire pressure/inflate.
Check motor home fluids.
Exercise generator.
Any additional repair work needed on your RV.
